Israel and the militant group Hezbollah are now engaged in a fierce war. Both are attacking and destroying each other. Hezbollah, a Lebanese militant group - a staunch supporter of Hamas - has always been involved in mutual attacks with Israel on the border of the two countries a day after the outbreak of the Hamas-Israel war on October 7, 2023. Hezbollah's brutal actions became even more intense after the death of one of Hezbollah's top commanders Fuad Shukr in July 2024, which was then exacerbated by the explosion of a Pager communication device on September 17, 2024, which killed at least 37 people - consisting of Hezbollah members and four Lebanese civilians - and injured thousands of Lebanese citizens (amnesty.org). Hezbollah believes that the explosion of the Pager communication device was due to sabotage by Israel.

As a result of these conditions,
several member states of the United Nations (UN), three of which are permanent
members of the UN Security Council (the United States, Australia, Canada,
France, Germany, Itala, Japan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, United
Kingdom, Qatar and the European Union) held an emergency session on the
sidelines of the UN General Assembly. They called for a 21-day
Israeli-Hezbollah ceasefire to allow for negotiations between the parties to
prevent further escalation of the conflict. Unfortunately, the good initiative
to hold a 21-day ceasefire pause initiated by the US, France, UK and other
countries was later rejected by Israel. Israel's rejection indicates that the
Hezbollah-Israel war will continue to flare up so that everything must be
prepared for the worst impacts that will occur. The Middle East is now really
tense, not exhausted by the war in the Ghaza Strip between Hamas-Israel. Now a
new war has erupted between Hezbollah-Israel.
This is the real excess of the Ghaza war, really triggering hot conflicts and widespread wars. Hezbollah, which has the same identity as Hamas, will never allow Israel to finish them off. Likewise, Iran will always support Hamas and Hezbollah in their fight against Israel. Why are they united against Israel? Because for them, Israel is a criminal state that has acted arbitrarily, plundered the Palestinian land arbitrarily, killed so many Palestinians - while the UN and Western countries can only speak and cannot do much in stopping Israel's barbarity against Palestine.
